The location was good and perfect, far away from the attractions. Tastefully decorated room, big bed and we loved clean bathroom. Every member of the staff was caring and particularly helpful.

The room at Home Suites Baku-Halal was excellent, with great heating to combat the cold weather outside. We were always comfortable and had hot water for showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the seaside and close proximity to ATMs and grocery stores. The city center was just a quick drive away.

There were some noise disturbances, including a store with noisy chillers outside the building and cleaners who started early in the morning and talked loudly in the corridors. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation brought in a sewage smell, making it unusable.

The hotel is modern and ideal for a stay in Baku. The staff is particularly helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and brand-new, with a balcony. The breakfast offers lots of goodies. Its location is perfect, very close to the City Centre, Baku Boulevard, and Baku Eye. There are lots of food options within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful Baku promenade. I loved being able to easily explore the area and enjoy the stunning views of the Caspian Sea. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Lastly, the rooms were great, with all the amenities I needed, including a balcony where I could relax and take in the city ambiance.

They offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and a basket of fruits in the room. the hotel is located in a convenient location, near to the city center and several key attractions. the heating in my room was not working properly, and it was quite cold. the breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality was not great.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the high-speed internet and the 24-hour front desk service were some of the amazing facilities offered by the hotel.

A small incident with the staff accidentally disclosing our room number, but it was resolved quickly and professionally.
